Introduction

 This is for the Door Creek Church (Madison) Men's Saturday Bible Study. I propose to let this be an announcements site. What doesn't go here: Prayer requests.  Those are often private, and this is likely to be too public Sign-up links.  I don't want trolls monkeying with our "I'll bring breakfast" signup sheets.  Those links go out separately. Zoom links.  Ditto. Politics, etc. I will get emails when people comment.  I will try to find out if there's a way to send emails when I post.  I know it's possible to "follow" a blog and be updated when a new post is added. BTW, if you haven't read this book yet, do. C.S. Lewis wrote a book of the letters from a senior devil to a junior tempter on how to destroy and capture a man. (Just do the opposite). “But, however you approach it, the great thing is to bring him into the state in which the denial of any one indulgence—it matters not which, champagne or tea, sole colbert or cigarettes—“puts him out”, for then his charity, justice, and obedience are all at your mercy.”
